　　蒙古语青色盐湖之意。位于青海省乌兰县境内牦牛山下一小盆地内。湖面海拔3010米,东西长约28公里,南北狭窄,面积119平方公里。湖水为钠盐型,渐趋干涸,现仅东西两端有小面积水面。晶间卤水来源为穿过山前倾斜平原砂砾层后在其前缘遇粘土层而溢出的泉水，泉眼665处以上。盐矿蕴藏量大，每平方公里达750万吨左右，便于露天开采，再生能力强，建有柯柯盐厂进行开采。
